Current clients are welcome to request a refill request for your pet.

Please be aware if you are requesting a medication be filled at an outside pharmacy for a medication that we carry in clinic there will be a prescription fee of $24.90. This fee is to cover the time required by a team member and the Doctor to review the file, verify the prescription and communicate with the pharmacy. This fee will have to be prepaid before the prescription is sent to the pharmacy. We will charge this fee each time you make a request (can request multiple medications at the same time under one fee).

Please note that in order to approve a refill request, your pet must be up to date on the exams recommended by TNVEC. This is because your pet’s eyes can change over time, making modifications necessary to their treatment plan. We legally also must have seen your pet within the past year to provide refills.
