We were referred to this clinic by our vet for my cat’s eye illness. Dr. Hsu was very professional, clearly explained the diagnosis, and went over treatment options in detail.
However, there was a bit of confusion. A nurse first did an eye pressure test and applied dye to my cat’s eye. She then asked if I was okay with an intern doing “preliminary tests,” and I agreed, assuming they would be different. But when the intern came in, she was about to repeat the same eye pressure test, saying it was for “practice.” I stopped them immediately.
While Dr. Hsu and this team was excellent, I wish there had been clearer communication on what the intern’s role would be. Better clarity would have made this visit smoother, especially since my cat was already stressed.

Dr. Hsu and staff were wonderful with my dog, Toni. Very informative, and detailed. Happy to answer my questions, and made me feel comfortable

The doctor and clinic staff were informative, patient, and kind. We went through options, timing, and consequences. All systems aren't set up yet but are in the works!
